We manufacture tools up to a size of 800 x 800 mm and weight of up to 5 tons for the production of smaller and medium-sized plastic injection moulding and die-cast products.
We have extensive experience in the manufacture of insert moulding and 2K tools of different types. Thereby, the interlinking of different processes is an important factor in order to reduce costs. New options and processes are being continuously worked on.
The capability spectrum extends from the component assessment (release properties and material behaviour) from the design and manufacture to the testing and manufacture of preseries components.
