All our tools are thoroughly tested before they are delivered to the customer. A series of test parts is produced using each tool. We have a 200 t press for testing progression tools. Injection moulding tools for plastics are tested at a nearby injection moulding plant.

The samples produced are then inspected in our air-conditioned test room. A fully automated high-precision 3d CNC gauge measures the dimensions and details of the sample parts and compares them with the appropriate CAD model. The customer then receives a comprehensive report with the results of the measurements.
