We manufacture follow-on compound tools for series production of smaller and medium-sized sheet metal components. We also produce high-quality transfer tools and tool kits, consisting of blanking dies and bending tools.
Tools of up to two metres and a tare weight of up to five tons can be realized. The interlinking of different processes is also possible, such as thread forming or the provision of insert nuts into the tool.
Much attention is paid to the minimum amount of material consumption, in order to keep our customers production costs low.
The capability spectrum in the sector of deformation technology extends from the technology development, design and manufacture to the testing and incorporation on-site at the customer. Preseries production can also be realized.
